Starting a conversation

The 303 Constructions website describes our services and provides a way to contact the business. Sending an inquiry does not confirm a booking, a start date, an agreed price, or acceptance of a project.

Availability, scope, and pricing depend on the project and the condition of the property. Discuss these details directly with Leonardo before making arrangements.

Agreeing on the work

The written project agreement sets out the work, materials, pricing, payment arrangements, scheduling, permit responsibilities, and any applicable warranty or cancellation terms. Changes to an agreed project should also be documented in writing.

Images and examples

The interactive house tour is a design concept. Gallery samples are labeled as samples until completed-project photography is available. Examples on this website do not establish the scope, price, or result of a future project.
