How the 303 Constructions website handles your information.
Updated October 22, 2026
Project inquiries
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, city or ZIP code, project type, and a description of the work. You can also provide a phone number and preferred timing. These details help us respond to your inquiry and discuss the project. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
How your inquiry is delivered
When you submit the form, your details are sent to Formspree, which processes and stores the submission and supports email delivery to 303 Constructions. Formspree may also process technical information, such as your IP address, to operate and protect its service.
The website keeps your form details in memory while the form is open. It does not save them in browser storage. Please do not include payment-card information, identification documents, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
Browser preferences and website requests
The site follows your system’s light or dark appearance. If you change it using the footer switch, that preference is saved in this browser until you clear the site’s stored data. It is not sent as part of your inquiry.
This website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.
Records and privacy questions
After you submit, correspondence can remain in the business inbox and Formspree account. Project correspondence may also become part of the records for an agreed job.
Contact us to ask about information you have shared or to request access, correction, or deletion. Any request will need to account for applicable legal and project recordkeeping obligations.
Links to other websites
Google, Instagram, Facebook, and other external links open services with their own privacy practices. The website links to those profiles without embedding their feeds or maps.
